Anne Beauregard Lane
Obituary
Anne Beauregard Lane, 58, of Dallas, Texas passed away on April 3rd, 2022 after a brief illness. Anne was born on February 29th, 1964 to Robert and Margaret Holthausen in New Brunswick, New Jersey, however as a young girl she adopted her distinguished last name Beauregard from her step-father. The Beauregards moved to Arlington, Texas in 1980 where Anne graduated from Bowie High School in 1983. She went on to study finance and accounting at the University of Texas and graduated at the top of her class. As a CPA, her accounting career took off and held many positions with several companies including Arthur Young and Guaranty Bank in Dallas. But her favorite position was Marketing Director for the bank, where her creativity flourished. In 1992, Anne married Richard Lane Jr., and had twin boys Ricky and Beau in April 2001. Anne loved the boys and poured her heart and soul into them. Even when she was battling breast cancer, she made sure they were happy and healthy, unselfishly giving her time to them and gladly doing so. She was a member of the Garden Club, Junior League, and volunteered her time at numerous charities. She was also a Deacon at Highland Park Presbyterian Church and volunteered teaching Sunday School. Anne was predeceased by her father Robert Hothausen and stepfather Robert Beauregard. She is survived by her mother Peggy, brother James, sons Ricky and Beau, former husband Richard Lane and numerous aunts and uncles and cousins. The family will have a private, small ceremony in the coming weeks. In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to the SPCA in her name. Anne loved her doggies and even occasionally a cat. Pets were so important to her so your consideration is appreciated.
Rest In Peace Anne, there are so many that love you and we all know that God is smiling upon you today and forever more. “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. Phil 4:13

Dear Ricky and Beau,
Your mom was such a special lady who will be missed by so many. She truly loved life – especially her twin boys. To say that she was proud of you two cannot begin to touch upon the depth of her love and respect for you. She always kept me posted about your comings and goings. I hope you guys and your dad feel my hugs. I know that we will all see Anne again as promised.

I remember Anne so fondly from when we worked together at Guaranty Bank. She was an important part of my life until I moved away from Dallas in 1995. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
Just read this and my heart is still broken. What a beautiful eulogy. She is at peace.
Too soon. My heart goes out to her family
Prayers for Anne’s family. I have so many fond memories of working with Anne at Guaranty Bank. She was a smart, funny, caring person and excelled at all she did. We had a business trip to NYC together that still holds wonderful memories. Rest In Peace Anne.
I was your mom‘s assistant for many years. I remember who you’ve always coming in to her workspace when you were two or three and just started to walk.
She was the hardest boss I ever had, but she taught me more than I could’ve ever learned with 10 other bosses instead.
I knew her most than many people did… And she just loved you boys so much. I just want you to know that every day she came in to work I had to have a schedule put it out of your activities so she would know what you were doing. She always had you in her heart and on her mind.
