Giddens, Sherrill Elaine
Obituary
Sherrill Elaine Giddens was born on April 22, 1935 in Dallas, Texas to Clarence and Elsie Broyles. She passed away on March 3, 2019 in Allen, Texas at the age of 83. Our Mother, even though she enjoyed a certain lifestyle, always placed the love for her children first. Nothing in this world could ever take away the love she had in her heart for her children. She was married to Jarvis Randolph Giddens for 26 years, before his passing in 2006. She had a love for playing golf, bridge, online games and was proficient at crossword puzzles and scrabble. She had a charitable spirit; giving to local churches, making donations, and volunteering within her church. She had a servants heart, always being there for the less fortunate and those with disabilities. As her life progressed, she longed more for time spent with her children and grandchildren. She is preceeded in death by her parents, Elsie and Clarence Broyles; and her brother Jim Broyles. Those left to cherish her memory include her 4 children, Billy Frank Row Jr., Rebecca Elaine Row McLaughlin, Brian Vincent Row, and Pamela Sue Row Heslep; 11 grandchildren; sister, Susan Broyles Gembler; brother, Ted Broyles; and all of those her Heart truly touched.
“Love is one of the few experiences in life that we can best keep by giving it away” – Denis Whatley

So sorry for your loss…she was such a nice and sweet person. PRAYERS.
I am so sorry to hear of Sherrill’s passing. She held a very special place in our hearts when married to dad. My prayers are with all of the family during this time of loss. Sherri Giddens Collins
Remembering so may fond memories with Sherrill. The games, the lake, playing golf. We really loved and cherished our time with her as my Dad did. Thoughts and prayers for her family as I know she will be missed.
