My thoughts and prayers are with you all, Martha, Judy, and Paul especially. I know Mike will be watching over all of you as your Mom, Dad, and Tommy are. God bless all of you.
Michael ,What a beautiful child of God you were. An inspiration to our family. God Blessed us all with your presence in our lives when he gave you such a beautiful gift for the ability to make everyone who came in contact with you feel loved and for the laughter you gave us. Thank you for your love, and laughter. I will never forget what you said after your kidney transplant You said ” you didn’t know if you were supposed to stand or sit, when you needed to pee!” (Since you received a kidney from a little girl) What a character you were. You will be missed by everyone who was a relative or friend. RIP my beautiful cousin. I love you, Barbara
To my Vanlandingham/Davis family, I am sorrow for the passing of Michael. I recall days in Mississippi when we would meet at uncle Earnest’s house nearly every Saturday and have a meal and go out and play. Later that day we would go to the drive in movie, that uncle Earnest managed. I look at the picture and see His mother. I sorry I will not be there for you, but I will be thinking and praying for you.
Martha i wont get to make it but ill be there in spirit i miss mike calling me all time love you guys very much aunt carol
I am so sorry to read this. I came across this today by accident. I knew Michael back in the 70s and he was alway chasing his dreams. We worked together on a newspaper he founded called “The Singles News” that told about all the happening in Dallas at that time. It was a fun time and he was in the middle of it. He and Rex Cauble could be spotted at James Comedy playing liers poker with 100’s several nights of the week.
Love to his wife and family and prayers for comfort.
I was curious how you all were and saw this. I m so so sorry. And I assume your mother as well? I wish we would have kept up. If you ever do want to reach out please call me. I would love to see you and your dad again. 214 471 8937. This is Peggy, Doug’s friend.
