By conversations end, she was back in the art world as Company Manager. She is survived by her sister Kim (Kirk) Pearson of Garland, Texas, several cousins and many beloved friends and co-workers. A memorial will be held at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow until 2:00 p.m. Melanie will be interred, next to her parents, in Ohio, in a graveside service in October 2022.
