My prayers are with the Randall Family. Bob was a “southern gentleman” in the finest sense of the word. He was a blessing to be around, and served First Christian Church unselfishly as a deacon. I’m blessed to have called Bob my friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family. No matter the age of our parents when they die, their absence leaves a hole in our hearts. May good memories fill you thoughts
at this time.
Today you bury a Great, Sweet man! A Dad to our friends, Cindy, and her siblings & a Grandfather & Great Grandfather to their families! A Great Father-in-Law to our friend Rocky! The last time we were around him, he serenaded all of us with his Guitar & Singing, it was so Nice! He will be missed & we are glad he had such a long time on this earth to enjoy his Family he created while here! Tell Becky hello for us! Love & Sympathy to your whole Family, Love Rudy & Pauline Escobar & Family
Dr. Randall was a staff member of Southwest Educational Development Laboratory (SEDL) in Austin, Texas from June 1, 1966 to September 13, 1976. [I was a staff member of SEDL from July 1, 1968 to November 30, 1996 (the last 15 years as SEDL’s President & CEO).] In his role as SEDL’s Director of Research & Evaluation, Bob made many original contributions to SEDL’s curriculum design process and product development as well as to evaluation research in general. His knowledge of, and contributions to, the Research & Development process were acknowledged regionally and nationally. Many students and teachers benefited from his work. Bob, we THANK YOU for a job WELL DONE!
Daddy, I still miss you every day. Through tears I wish I could see your raised eyebrow and hear your voice once more. I pray that you are in Heaven with your mom and dad, daughter Becky, and your niece Pat. And of course Mom. I know you have jewels in your crown in Heaven. Be well, happy, and know you are still loved on Earth.
