Robert Joseph Davis
Obituary
Cherished Father, Grandfather and Partner, Robert Joseph Davis, 67, passed away in a Frisco, Texas hospital on December 31st, 2021. Robert was born February 20th, 1954, in Ann Arbor, MI. to Fred and Lois Davis. Robert resided in several states throughout his life creating friends and memories wherever he was, but Texas was the state he ultimately settled in and considered to be home. Robert was an accomplished Sales Professional that allowed him to travel the world to experience different cultures. Those experiences allowed him to share his learnings with his children and brought more culture to his and their lives. There are many things that Robert will be remembered by, but his quick wit and great sense of humor is what most people will bring up. Robert was a person that would drop what he was doing to help and lend a hand to his friends and would be there to support them when they needed. Robert is survived by his long-time partner Nancy Monnier, his father Fred Davis; as well as his 3 sons Jeremy(Beverly), Bradley(Emily), and Nicholas(Diana). His stepdaughter Kelsey. His brothers Fred(Sadie), Mike(Terri), and sister Faith. One of Robert’s biggest joys in his life were his grandchildren. He was a supportive and humorous grandfather and will be dearly missed by Jarrett, Tyler, Grace, Emma, William, Graison, and Adriainna. Robert was preceded in death by his mother Louis Davis who passed away on 09-AUG-1988. As per Roberts request services will not be held in memorial and his wishes were to be cremated. Robert requested that some of his ashes be placed on his mothers grave as well as his favorite beach in California, Salt Creek Beach, Dana Point. Robert would want us to remember this: The Twenty Third Psalm The Lord is my shepherd: I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green Pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake, Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me, thy rod and staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Please accept my deepest condolences. I worked with Robert for a period of time and had great memories working and traveling with him. He will definitely be missed.
I am so sad to hear of Robert passing. He was an awesome person and always shared so much joy in Silverado Apts. We shared stories of our pets and our dear furry animals as they passed a few month apart. He will never be forgotten and always in my heart ❤️ because of his so great generosity and kindness. May God help everyone to find peace.
Robert was a business friend. He was always there when needed, but more than that he was a friend everyday. Rip my friend.
Thank you for sharing your memories. It means so much.
Oh dear! I met Robert through a very close friend who was his neighbor in Frisco. He was always such a joy to be around and had the funniest sense of humor. My heart goes out to the family and other friends who are in mourning from this unfortunate lost.
We were together for a while before I moved back to Arkansas. We have talked a few times but he will always have a place in my heart. Sorry to hear he is gone. He will definitely be missed. May God be with his family during this time and going forward.
