Ruby Mai-Ling Daugherty Wallace November 6th 1963 ~ March 10th 2016
Mai-Ling Wallace passed away the night of Thursday, March 10th 2016 at the age of 52 in Carrollton, Texas. She left this world and her suffering peacefully and surrounded by her family. Mai-Ling was born Ruby Mai-Ling Daugherty on November 6th 1963 in Seattle, Washington to Greg Wolf Daugherty and Quinn Moore. She grew up in Perryton, Texas with her parents, Quinn M. Clapp and Don Clapp, as one of six children. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, reading, Van Morrison & Bob Seger, sunbathing with a cold beer in her hand, and, more than anything in the world, spending time with her husband of 33 years, Rusty Wallace, as well as her children and the rest of her family. Mai-Ling is preceded in death by her brother, Sean Wolfe, and her biological father, Greg Daugherty. She is survived by her parents, Quinn M. Clapp & Don Clapp, her husband, James “Rusty” Russell Wallace, her daughter, Heather Pace (Ethan Pace), her son, Timothy “Tim” Wallace, step-daughter, Nicole Wallace, her grand-children, Hannah Pace, Jacob Pace and Jaxon Davis, her siblings, Aaron Wolfe, Tamiko Shoemaker, Shane Pollard and Charles Pollard, as well as extended family and cherished friends.Celebration of Life Service 03:00 P.M., Saturday, March 19th 2016
