Woll, Beatrice Neumann
Obituary
Beatrice Neumann Woll passed away peacefully in her home in Plano, Texas on January 30th, 2019. She was 87. She was born in 1931 on a farm in Northfield, Minnesota to Edward and Flora Neumann, the second born of five siblings. After graduating from Faribault High School, Bea moved to Minneapolis Minnesota, where she earned her License in Practical Nursing. It was there she met John (Jack) Woll. They married in 1958 and then took a job traveling for his company, allowing them to live in several states. Three boys were born during this time, Jack, Mark (deceased), and Richard. They returned to Cleveland in 1966. Bea became independent in the early ’80’s, returning to her nursing career for the next twenty years After retiring, she followed her son, Rich, to Dallas. While she always missed her hometown of Cleveland, she embraced living under the ‘Big Texas sky’. Bea was an ardent fan of the Cleveland Indians, Neil Diamond, her pets, her children, and her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her sister, Beverly Collins of Minnesota, two sons and their spouses, Jack and Mary Woll of Irvine, California, Rich and Brenda Woll of Wake Forest, North Carolina, six grandchildren and their spouses, one great-grandchild, and fifteen nieces and nephews. Bea didn’t want to make a ‘fuss’, so a memorial service honoring her will be held in Faribault, Minnesota, in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Feral Friends Cat Community Cat Alliance. (feralfriends.org)

Bea was the sweetest lady I have ever known. She was my “shopping buddy” and I will miss her.
Bea was so kind and caring and touched many lives at Preston Place. She was a good friend to all and especially loved her pets. She will be greatly missed.
Please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. The bible assures us that our heavenly father is aware of our pain and he is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). It also gives us the promise that there will be a resurrection and that God will bring an end to death once and for all (Revelation 21:4). It is our hope that the power of God’s Word will help to ease your sorrow as you cherish the loving memories you shared together.
I met Bea shortly after we moved here to Preston Place in Plano, Texas, in February, 2013. She played Bingo then and we sat at the same table. Later she came to our Book Club and started playing Progressive Rummy with our group that Ellie Plinck headed for many years. I enjoyed talking to Bea and appreciated her friendship. I will miss her.
, as will many here at Preston Place.
